The short term strategy is focused on acquiring material Onshore near production and in-production asset and acquire Marginal Field from Licensing Round in the Niger Delta and focus on completing the bids for the Nigerian Gas Flare Project to harness flared gas in Nigeria to generate superior returns.

The long term goal is to increase production and deliver dividends in investment for our shareholders/investors by reducing operational cost, implementation of subsurface optimization strategies to increase ultimate recoverable reserve and position SINOK for growth.
