Sinok Exploration and Production Limited (SEPL), is an indigenous privately owned Nigeria oil and gas company engaged in hydrocarbon exploration and production, in the Niger Delta and African Basins. The company was Incorporated in 2020 in a bid to focus on oil and gas exploration and production, by investing in building a refinery, LNG, LPG, and Power generation from the abundant gas resources in the Sedimentary Basins of Nigerian as we move towards energy transition with our partners.
Sinok Exploration and Production Limited has a Management team with over 200 years of combined experience in the oil and gas industry. This experience gives the assurance to execute any project within the oil and gas sector.

We have a clear vision for the future with the experience and assets necessary to provide oil and gas on a regional and global scale. We discover, produce, store and deliver energy resources, and bring timely solutions for clients worldwide.
Our business plan is to acquire/explore and develop marginal and major oil and gas fields, production/development projects, appraisal/exploration projects in matured and frontier basins.

Our Strategy
Sinok Exploration and Production Limited Nigeria is a newly established E&P company with a focus on three core areas with assistance from our technical and financial partners;
- Exploration, Development and Production of oil and gas Onshore and Offshore Niger Delta.
- Power generation from gas reserves/assets identified
- Invest in building and operating modular refinery capable of refining up to 20,000bpd.
The Company’s Board of Directors are composed of seasoned industry professionals with a long track record of achievement with both major and independent international operating companies.
The Management Team is drawn from a group of technical experts with a track record of success and a deep knowledge of the Company’s acquisition targets.
The Company is currently pursuing other oil and gas assets with significant gas reserves in the Nigeria. In addition, a portfolio of prospective assets that that requires funding is being evaluated for potential investment decision.
